This is the Abstract art section of I Hate Artists. Here you will find all of the art I have made in the abstract style.
Abstract art is rich with history. In the 20th century, it was a style that only kept hints of it's original subject. If you painted a picture of a face, you could warp it to where only the nose where really identifiable.
Generally abstract art is very rich with color and vibrant; which is one reason I tend to try and keep mine very desaturated.
Most of my abstract art is also created using a 3D process; where I will model something and then warp it real time until I am satisfied with the result. Although I do plan to do some traditional style abstract art in the future, possibly in vein of vector art.
